Meet Us for a Free Consultation
We’ll then schedule a complimentary 1-hour consultation to discuss your wedding vision. You’ll receive a clear fee breakdown of our available services and our engagement contract.
Secure Your Venue for the Big Day
Once you sign the engagement contract and pay an initial deposit, we will proceed to check if your chosen venue in Japan is available on your preferred dates. If yes, then a further deposit will be required to secure the venue and our services.
Crafting Your Perfect Day, Together
Your dedicated wedding planner will work closely with you to bring your dream wedding to life. From the ceremony and photography to invitations, banquets, and every detail in between, we’ve got it all covered. You’ll stay informed throughout the process and can reach out with any questions at any time.
Counting Down!
We anticipate that all the details of your Wedding Day will be finalised approximately 60 days before the Big Day. At this stage, you will pay the remaining balance of our fees.
The Big Day!!!
Your dedicated wedding planner will meet you in Japan on or just before your Big Day to ensure everything is perfectly prepared. While she won’t be the one walking you down the aisle, rest assured she’ll be by your side every step of the way, making your most magical day truly unforgettable.
